The Installation Process of Rock Crusher

A rock crusher should be installed correctly before operating so that we can make a good use of the machine and avoid problems as possible.

Impact crashers are indeed widely used in wide variety of industries and play an essential part in those fields such as mining, transportation and construction. Here are some proper advices on how to install an impact crusher
(1) Before installation and commissioning, all the fasteners of vibration unit should be tighten , and also be checked on a regular basis in the production operation, always fastened.
(2) Make sure the counter broken Rotary (Rotary arrow mark on the pulley) is irreversible during installation.
(3) The clearance between the counterattack plate and plate hammer should work to gradually decrease, then turning the rotor rpm by hands, check for collision. When finished, locking sleeve nut to prevent counterattack gradually declined with nuts after loosening by vibration plate collides with a hammer, causing accidents.
(4) Because of the rock crusher discharge hole is in the bottom, the installation height, as well as how to feed, discharging device should be considered in the system design.
(5) The installation between rock crusher and the power unit should be tightly secured. It should be fixed on the basis of cement if the impact crasher works permanently while if it is mobile operated, the power unit should be installed on a frame made of angle iron and be make it sure that the pulley grooves between the generator(diesel engine or electric motor) and impact crashes are at the same rational plane.
(6) When completing the installation, the fastening condition of fasteners should be carefully checked and fixed if it is not. In the meanwhile, checking whether the elasticity of belt is appropriate

Before we use the rock crusher, check:
1, whether the spring tension is normal.  
2, whether the screw fastening is comfortable
3, does the machine running (sensation and sound) normally.  
4, if the oil pumps, oil ring work correctly and checking the tubing for blockage.  
5, ensure the adequacy of slippery oil.  
6, make sure the ministries bearing temperature shall not exceed 50-60 degree.  
7, be sure the co-operation between the thrust plate and support pad seat is normal, does not tilting or moving.  
8, see if the void spaces have friction surface (particularly e-shaft parts).  
9, the motor load, temperature, sound situation.  
10, the funnel for blockage, see if the feed ore amount is biased to one side.
