Step 1
Prepare things you will need, like arc welding kit, C-clamp, iron board, iron pipe, iron pipe one end capped, iron rod, mixing sticks, permanent marker, quick-dry concrete, tape measure, trowel, welder's mask and wheelbarrow or metal mixing tub.

Step 2
Measure and mark the iron board center by using your tape measure and permanent marker.

Step 3
Center the 4-inch diameter pipe on the mark and activate your arc welding torch and you also should weld a 4-inch pipe to the iron board. Wait it to cool to touch.

Step 4
You are advised to do according to t he mixing directions on the package to pour the quick dry cement in a wheelbarrow or metal tub. You are advised to use it within 2 lbs of cement.

Step 5
Pack the capped 6-inch iron pipe with wet cement by using a trowel. You should insert the 3-foot iron rod into the cement quickly and move it until it stands at the center of the pipe. You can fix a C-clamp to it and lay the clamp on the top of the pipe to prop it. Let the cement dry quickly.

Step 6
The cemented rod pipe can be used as a piston to drive it down into the 4-inch base pipe to crush rocks actually.
