The Similar Operating Steps for Different Types of Stone Crusher

Stone crusher is mostly used to crush big stones into small and stated pieces on construction sites and in stone quarries. The stone crusher can be divided into three types:cone crusher , roller crusher and jaw crusher . Each type of the stone crushers can make different uses. In case of some situation, we need to use these three types of stone crusher together to achieve to crush the stones into stated shape and size. Jaw crusher is usually used as a primary crusher to crush large stones into pieces by closing two walls against the large stones several times. On the contrary, roller crushers are mostly used as secondary crushers to crush stones by feeding rocks between two rollers. And the spinning grinders of cone crusher with a high speed help cone crusher to break down rocks. The effects of the the three types of the stone crushers are different, but their operating steps are similar. Here are the steps to use the stone crusher.

Step 1
Before operating the stone crusher, check every part of it. If there are any part that doesn't work properly, don't turn on the machine before finishing repairing it. In order to make sure there are no obstructions in the crushing cavity, check for broken teeth, bolts and belts.

Step 2
Decide whether the crusher is working well by listening the noisy it makes when it is operating. Find if there are any parts those don't work smoothly after operate the machine, turn it off immediately and repair the parts those have problems and never turn on the machine before finishing reparation.

Step 3
In order to carry crushed rock to a pile or dump truck, set a conveyor belt on the stone crusher. Don't leave the opening of the stone crusher too wide nor too narrow. Make the size of the opening suitable for the stones you are going to crush.

Step 4
Like what is said, sometimes we need to work with the three types of stone crusher together. After the primary crushing, if the stones those are crushed into pieces still can't suit our needs, feed crushed stones into a secondary stone crusher-- such as a roller crusher, to achieve smaller rocks. After we finish the job, check if there are stones left in the stone cavity after turning off the machine.
