Rock Crusher Work Together With Other Tools

We are willing to crush stones for different reasons, such as crushing ore stones to produce ore power and crush large stones into small pieces to build a gravel road. No matter what the reasons are, we need the rock crusher to achieve our goals. With the help of rock crusher, it is not difficult to crush stones into pieces. And of course, you need to use the rock crusher with other several tools together to make your work perfect, such as vibrating pulveriser, plastic bags and sledge hammer.

Step 1

If the stones you are going to crush is too large to feed in a rock crusher, you will need to break down the stones into smaller pieces with the sledge hammer. Break the stones down into pieces and their sizes wouldn't be larger than your fist. Of course, if the stones are naturally small enough to pour in the rock crusher, you don't need to follow this step.

Step 2

When the stones are small enough, feed them into a type of rock crusher, such as a jaw crusher. The jaw crusher will crush the stones with its two heavy steel plates. When the stones come into the desired size, they will fall through the opening at the bottom.

Step 3

Use the vibrating pulveriser to crush the crushed stones into fine power. There is a platform inside the vibrating pulveriser, and you need to place the steel container which is filled with crusher stones on the platform. When the machine is turned on, it will make the stones in the container become dust. While the stones are turned into power, wait a few minutes to let the steel container cool and remove it from the machine. Pour the stones out and contain them with the plastic bag.
