How to Make a Rock Crusher Properly?

When a rock has been pressed into small enough pieces to fit through the hole, it will exit the crusher either onto, a conveyor belt, into a bin or onto a large pile. Step1 Make sure to use your tape measure and permanent marker, measure and mark the center of the iron board.

Step2 Make sure to center the 4-inch diameter pipe on the mark.

Step3 Make sure to activate your arc welding torch, don you welder's mask, and weld the 4-inch pipe to the iron board. Let stand until cool to the touch.

Step4 Make sure to pour the quick dry cement in a wheelbarrow or metal tub, follow the mixing directions on the package. There is no need to use more than 2 lbs. of cement at most.

Step5 Make sure to use a trowel and pack the capped 6-inch iron pipe with wet cement.

Step6 Make sure to insert the 3-foot iron rod into the cement immediately and move it until it stands at the center of the pipe. You may need to prop it in place by fixing a C-clamp to it and laying the clamp on the top of the pipe. Make the cement dry no matter how long it takes.

Step7 Make sure to use the cemented rod pipe as a piston.finally, drive it down into the 4-inch base pipe to break rocks.
